Terms and Conditions for Registration and Use of DCB Services
By registering on the DCB platform, you (the "Company") agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms govern the use of our services and must be accepted in full before registration is completed.
The Company must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process, including mandatory documents:
Only authorized representatives of the Company may initiate the registration process. User accounts must use email addresses associated with the Company's official domain.
By registering, the Company agrees to the collection, storage, and processing of its information in accordance with DCB's Privacy Policy.
Access to the DCB platform is granted solely for the Company's use and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
The Company acknowledges that certain services may require additional approval or consent (e.g., debt review reports).
The Company agrees to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the National Credit Act (NCA) and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI).
DCB reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Company's account for violations of these Terms and Conditions.
DCB is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to the Company's account or platform downtime.
All intellectual property on the platform, including but not limited to designs, trademarks, and software, is owned by DCB.
DCB reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
